My work is rooted in a simple belief: strong communities are built when good ideas are paired with thoughtful strategy, responsible investment, and people who understand how to move those ideas forward.
My background in public administration, community development, grant strategy, program evaluation, and organizational planning has shaped the way I approach consulting. Through work alongside public agencies, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and regional partners, I have seen both the opportunities and complexities organizations face when turning ambitious priorities into meaningful projects.
Those experiences also shaped a broader view of grant seeking. A strong application is only one part of the funding process. Organizations need clarity around their priorities, an understanding of their readiness and funding landscape, thoughtful alignment between opportunities and long-term goals, and strong stewardship after funding is awarded.
I founded Blú Atelier Co. LLC to bring those pieces together. As a consultant, I help organizations make informed funding decisions, develop stronger strategies, and move important initiatives forward with greater clarity and confidence.
